Thank you Cynthia Wilson!! Frustration had built up in me from searching, and not locating a good flight with a decent price. I finally decided to go with a Travel agency "Fareplanet". Whereupon, Cynthia Wilson was my concierge. She is outstanding. A good listener, sympathetic to the needs, calm and quite knowledgeable. After she got my reservations and E-tickets; she did a follow-up to make sure I had my seats assigned. Again thank you Cynthia Wilson!!! You Rock.......

Cynthia Willson was super helpful with our plane tickets, she made it easy to understand and provided great personnel service with our seating to and from our destination. Cynthia also offer to help if any issues should arise which is very comforting.
