Bait & Switch - Confirmed a flight online and then got a phone call stating that the fare I had booked was no longer available. The new fare was almost $200 more. If I could give them zero stars, I would definitely do so.

None of the prices found online are actually available. They'll call you within an hour or so and try to sell you a flight that's 50-100% more expensive than what you found. After confirming the flights I tried to book were not available, they were still reflected on the website. When I called to try to express my issues, I was interrupted constantly and couldn't even express what the issue was. All I had hoped for was for them to pass along the input that if they are aware a flight isn't available, it would be nice if they could remove it from the site, without having to wait on the airline, while confusing customers. I wasn't demanding they honor the price or give a discount. I just wanted to offer input on how the experience could be better. There's just no denying it's better if unavailable flights aren't reflected as available, yet, the CSR wanted to argue with me endlessly. Rarely encountered worst customer experience in my whole life.

Cannot possibly imagine how they are getting 5 star reviews. After booking the “great deal” on the website, they called about 45 minutes later telling me the price I booked for is no longer available. Tried to book me from a different airport for $150 more, or $300 more for same flight. When I asked why the site was not updated, they said it gets update anywhere from immediately after booking to 60 minutes later(it’s now 24+ hours later and that flight is still the original price I booked for). The representative, Lucas also told me that if I would have called to book the flight, he would have advised me not to book it. It seems even their own employees know they are frauds.

I spoke with Cynthia, she told me the advertised price was not available, no seats in economy left, not true, lie #1, I called and checked with the airline. Oh, but for an additional $175.00 she could sale me a ticket in main cabin which is behind 1st Class, more leg room, refundable ticket and included checked bags. She proceeded to tell me a checked bag would cost me an additional $100 through the airline. Lie #2. I explained I was meeting up with a family member in Atlanta and would like to fly with her to our destination. She asked what her seat # was. I told her 30F. She said ok, after I signed the emailed contract she would get me a seat with her. Ummm, I didn’t think there were any left in economy. I get the email, it states non-refundable and does not include any checked luggage. So lie #3, 4 & 5. I did not book a flight with this company. Not sure if company is legit or not, but Cynthia either has no idea what is covered or is ok with scamming people. Too bad, I was looking forward to spreading the word about the incredible deal I thought I found. I guess I will keep looking.

I booked a flight and when i tried to cancel it, i emailed them. They left me a voicemail saying they cant get a hold of me. Well my phone says its a SCAM call so went straight to voicemail. I call back and i say that i want to cancel my flight then she asked me "whats your reason? (5x)" then she says you're breaking up and hangs up. What kind of service is that?? I just want to cancel as the payment hasnt gone through yet. Need someone better to speak with that knows english and wont hangup and not call back. I'm done.

They tried to bait and switch me too. Got calls from a bunch of people who don't speak english, trying to even charge a cancellation FEE for a fake booking. lol, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...

After trying to cancel my ticket for 8/9/22 or pay more to change it to a later time of day and pay more money No ONE would help me or allow me to ancel the ticket and get a refund I need to cancel this reservation

I "booked" a flight through their site only to have them call me several hours later saying the flight was now too expensive for them to buy at that price. They tried to change my non-stop flight at ideal times to a multi-stop red-eye flight at $300 more per ticket. But wait wait wait... The benefit is I get a checked bag for free. Come on. Total garbage bait-and-switch operation with offshore representatives.
