Max Hopper booked my flight for me. He saved me money, and I was very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy.

I was skeptical at first with this company when I completed my booking since I received an email indicating I would get an eticket which was unusual and it had English and Spanish versions in it. I do online bookings a lot and it was not customary to see that. To confirm, I logged into American Airlines to confirm my ticket and of course the representative said there were no booking. I immediately googled to see if the company was legit and if I had been ripped off of my money and reading the reviews made my fears escalate. I then called faresplanet. This was the 1st time I dealt with them and spoke to Jerry. Like previous reviews, my original flight was not available (no more sests available) and he had to give me another flight for a higher price a difference of $500 for 7 passengers. I mentioned on the website as I spoke to him in real time that the seats still said it’s available for 7 passengers and Jerry stated that there website had to be updated (like previous review). I did read 1 good review and found they were pleased with Jerry and took my chances since this company would’ve saved me an extra +$600. I had previously canceled my bookings that I made the night before since I found this company to be cheaper. Jerry was very nice and assured me that I could call and have my credit card cancel if there company was not a legit company . I eventually received my “etickets” within 24 hours as Jerry stated and my seats are now confirmed with Delta. You have to wait 24-48 hours to receive your etickets then it’ll show up on the airline’s end FYI. This company is legit but I think because of hard times, there website will possibly give you a much lower fare to bait you then have you pay a higher price but in the end you still do save money substantially. Thanks Jerry for your help in making this reservation. I can use that extra $600 on our vacation trip :)

I have a roundtrip flight to CA and needed to add my granddaughter for a one-way trip to CA but on the same flight with me. Alex Carrey was more than helpful with making those arrangements for me.
