We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We couldn’t find any booking under your name in our records. Please call us or email your booking reference so we can look into this further. Refunds or credits depend on airline policies, and many issue travel credit instead of refunds. We’re happy to assist once we have your details. Farescounty.com 📞 +1 888-710-6353

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and especially regret any rude or unprofessional behavior — that is not acceptable, and we’ll be reviewing this with our quality assurance team. Regarding the fare, our prices are based on live airline availability and can change within minutes. In your case, the fare increased just after your booking request, and we informed you before proceeding. We always follow the airline’s pricing and policies. Please contact us with your booking reference so we can look into this further and assist you properly. Farescounty.com 📞 +1 888-710-6353

We want to clarify that Farescounty does not work with any third-party companies. We are a direct consolidator with airlines and handle all bookings ourselves. In the 15 months we’ve been operating, we’ve happily served over 1,300 passengers. Regarding your case, we spoke with you and understand you were unsure about the company name you booked with. We do not engage in any fraudulent activity as described. Please provide your booking reference so we can investigate and assist you further. Farescounty.com 📞 +1 888-710-6353

We apologize for the inconveniece caused! We are definitely not a scam. We are a legitimate Travel Company. No money was charged by us against your reservation. All the Terms & Conditions were explained over the recorded phone call. We received your email to cancel the reservation within 10 mintues after you had booked it. The refund was processed directly by the Airline as you contacted them and cancelled the reservation. We replied instantly to all your emails and never stopped responding. In fact, we made numerous calls to which we did not receive any response. We are investigating the issue further and please be rest assured that a necessary disciplinary action will be taken against the agent who misbehaved with you. All the flights are subject to availability as per our website. We sometimes regret that we cannot get the same flights you book as it happened in your brother's case. We again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you!
