Excellent Service and passion to help.
Called them up for last minute booking. Gagan, was really helpful and she explored all the avenues to find the best deal for me. I also appreciate her patience, compassion and going that extra mile to help with tickets for my parents. Highly recommend them.

Worst experience- The service is a money grab
The service is a money grab. They inflate the price and charge you a different price from what is actually charged by the airline and give you lame excuses. I realized that I paid approx.$2000 over the actual price that was charged on my card by or in the name of the Airline. They are there to take advantage of your situation and nothing else. Worst experience. Avoid them if you can. I have reported the matter to concerned agencies and hope they are taken to task regarding unfair practice of price gouging.
