Even 5 star is a underrated rank of stars for the professional attitude of the agent Samarth who helped me with my international flight ticket booking. The level of patience this gentleman has is incredible. I faced cyber fraud issue never ever thought I had to bear that..but samarth n team were helpful , they had empathy, they had concern. Even Vishrant another name I would definitely include whomwas equally kind n helpful. Thankyou samarth n team appreciate ur efforts , help and above all ur concern.
