Alejandro was wonderful. Any issues I had, I was able to get a hold of him and he fixed the problem. He was patient and answered all my questions. He also explained what I was to do, step by step. This customer service was amazing.

I must give Farefounder praise. Customer service representative went above and beyond to insure my flight. He called prior to flight to Vegas and before returning flight. I booked flight at last minute for boxing match in Las Vegas. Other companies and airlines quoted me triple the fair from Farefounders. I’m going to use them to book all my flights. Cant beat the customer service experience. Service, price and quality A++

Roberto was great! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful through every step of the process when I had questions. I was super nervous at first - how could this good of a deal on flights be real?! But, they were and our trip was great! Will definitely be working with Roberto for future travel.

Thank you so much to Roberto! I’ll be honest with the scans and things going on I was really nervous about using a 3rd party app BUT, he literally walked me through every process and made sure all of my doubts were answered! I got my flight on time, checked in and everything! I will definitely be using Roberto for all of my travel needs going forward. Trust me he’s official! Thanks bro
