I was lied to by my booking agent and they would not service me or let me buy my ticket without getting the upgrade. So I'm here at the airport now waiting for my ticket looking at howuch I spent on the ticket and upgrade thinking this is too much

booked flight to Skopje last week Wade Wilson was very helpful. I am super thankful for Wade! I needed i flight to see my family last minute and he was super amazing , Thank you Wade!!

Got a fare from Google Flights for Alaska Airlines that was appealing so we booked it. Farebuddies immediately called us to ask us if we knew that the fare didn't allow us to carry on any bags or check any bags and tried to upsell us to a fare twice as much. Told them that we weren't aware (possibly bad on us for not reading the fine print) and would like to cancel the reservation and they told us it would be $125 cancellation penalty per person but we could avoid that for the doubled ticket price and carry bags. This was all within 10 minutes of booking the flight. Kept telling us what a good deal we were getting because going through the airline the ticket would be over $2K again not true because we had priced it out for a little over $1K on the website. They wouldnt cancel the reservation for us and passed me to a supervisor who again tried to upsell me and that the airline website price would be $3K (note first call center person said $2K so pressure is ramping up). Again I said no, I'd like to cancel and the supervisor wouldn't cancel and instead told me he would call the airline to see if I could bring bags for the same ticket price I already had and that he would put me on hold for 15-20 minutes. 55 minutes later we hung up and haven't heard from them since. The whole thing felt very scamish to us and we will NOT be doing business with Farebuddies in the future and will have to take a closer look on Google Flights who they forward our queries to.

Terrible service, never use them. They let you book then say "the airline doesn't accept that rate" so you find yourself without a flight. Absolutely NEVER use it.

I called because I didn't get a comfirmation email and was told I didn't have a reservation. So I rebooked only to find out that I already had one. So I was lied to about it. Then they told me that they couldn't cancel that it would be up to the airline. So when I called again they said they could cancel both and the new price would be $389 versus the original price of $370 and I was told that I could bring a carry on and pick my seats I said great and lets do it. Only to find out that this was in addition to the $370, so I was lied to again and this Roger supervisor that I talked to was angry and rude. Telling me that now I had to pay for both of the $370 reservations. Very very poor customer service. The worst that I have ever seen!!

Booked a flight with them, got an email, call and text telling me problem with my tickets. I called, they told me "All Tickets are Non-refundable, Non-changeable and Non-transferable. Total price shown includes all applicable taxes and our fees." I said ok. then they told me i could not take a carry on, on the flight, I can not pay for checked bag! I said what?? The air lines allows me to pay to check a bag. She said let me search for an upgrade I said wait you email you sent me says in 6. Prices may not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline. 7. Free baggage allowance provide to the passenger where is applicable by the airlines side, varying according to routes and class of seat. Airlines may charge additional fee for checked-in baggage and extra baggage or other optional services. Please call the airlines directly for the most recent updates regarding the baggage allowance, weight and dimensions of bags. She continued to tell me they would not let me take luggage on an economy flight. I hung up and called the air line. I checked and my card has not been charged yet. After being on hold with Delta for almost 1 hour NO TICKET!

The prices were great! The service was more than any other flight. They call you when it’s time to check in and do it for you and email your boarding passes to you. The only thing I did not like was their seat choice for me. Too far back on the plane.
