Disappointed with seats Requested window and I’m smack dab in the middle of the plane 😕
My experience was great until I got my boarding passes and found out that I they did not pick window seats. In which I was assured window seat and both seats together. This is my first time flying and it is to celebrate my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary. So, I’m quite disappointed that I will not be able to see anything. Im waiting for Marvin to give me a call back to hopefully fix this situation. I truly hope this can be fixed as this is what I paid the service fee for. Please fix this. Jennifer or Thomas.

At first there was some…
At first there was some misunderstanding about the price of our tickets and luggage or personal items allowance because I was redirected from other site to Fairbuddies…, but Erica solved all the problems although it took some time to get them solved and paying little extra more but at the end all was happy!!!

Amazing Customer Service
While it is true that the prices that were initially offered, were "no longer" available after the booking the whole team, from the initial agent to Andrew Watson, made every effort to get us the best available rate. Andrew was detailed in his review to ensure passenger names, dates, etc. were accurate and promptly responded on all communication throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Fare Buddies in the future and recommend to friends and family.

I was skeptical about booking with this…
I was skeptical about booking with this company at first because of some reviews. The prices for my tickets were the best I had seen In 2 months of searching. I gave them a shot and thanks yo Scarlett Johnson she made it happen. I got better seats with carry-on she sent me my e-tickets before 24 hrs and I confirmed with Delta about our flight, payment, and confirmation. So don't always go by what you see but what you know. I will book again. Thank you so much for reassuring your service to me.
