LOL - Massive scam. Called customer care to ask when I would receive tickets. They told me that the interesting deal I got was not available because my card details are wrong. Joke is that the card details are automatically filled by Google Chrome. 0 for creativity when they just changeed the last number.

These guys do not come across as professional. Booked a ticket online that was an unbelievable deal not listed anywhere else. Did not get any confirmation in the email. Understand it takes them 24 hours to process, but would like some acknowledgment they took an order. I called and was told they cannot resent the email as it is was an automated message? Emailed customer service twice, no answer. 24 hours later still no tickets. Called again and was told the "ticketing department was very busy", wait until the next morning when they re-open. The person on the phone can't help with the actual booking or expedite your order, they are just telling you it is being "processed" and asking to wait more without giving any guarantees. There were only 3 seats left on that flight, and I was begging them to tell me if they would be able to process the booking at the end, but no luck, just wait! Since my ticket was for prime time and I did not hear back for 1,5 days, I had to cancel their service and just buy directly from the airline. If you can risk waiting, give it a try, and do check with the airline if your ticket is confirmed. They don't seem to stand by their 24hrs booking promise and operate like a "moms and pops" shop. You may get lucky, or not. I used other consolidators before with more success and better customer service.

Don't book your tickets through this travel agent!! I bought tickets for vacation, but didn't receive any e-tickets - had to call them for this to happen and after a LONG conversation they finally sent them. Later I got a mail that I should call them back regarding "something urgent to my booking". When I called them, nobody could tell me what was wrong... Lastly, my tickets end up being cancelled - despite emailing the company, I still haven't received the full amount after almost 2 months (have received 292§ out of the 546§ I payed) - Total scam! Not worth trying to save money when it ends up costing you more in the end.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! THEY BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY SENT ALL INFORMATION, ONE DAY OUT OF CURIOSITY I WENT TO CHECK WITH AMERICAN AND MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED, THIS WAS A MONTH AGAIN, THEY HAVE ONLY REFUNDED ME $330 OUT OF THE $1600 AIRLINE TICKETS, REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY...PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THIS IS A SCAM

I would never use this travel agent again, they don't answer on the phone, if you need help to do any changes they get mad and yelling on you and using bad words. I had to cancel a connection to one of Hawaii island because of new rules of re testing which was effective on 05/26/2021 and I did my reservation on 04/14/202, I asked to change my reservation so after calling and calling and leaving a message finally someone call me back but unfortunately the guy Mike got over reacted and keep yelling and screaming I was shocked and I never deal with people like him plus he charges me extra money for changes and all my other group did the changes with different travel agent without any charge plus they refund them the connection flight as the reservation done before the new rules, Today I called Hawaiian airline to ask to refund my tickets but unfortunately they said my travel agent has to talk to them and I'm caling Farebubble NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE AS USUAL. I will never get back to them or use them again in the future.

Was misled by agent that they were the actual airline Ticketing agent. Provided false pricing and then lied about the fees. Never do business with them. Posted 2 day ago now today got a call from said supervisor asked me to take my post down. Offered me a voucher to use for next flight. Absolutely not very unprofessional company.

This is a SCAM. they will change the price the second after you give them your information. they will claim to be putting you on hold to talk to their manager to get a lower price. i told them i would pay what was quoted or wanted to cancel my order. he immediately agreed to cover the extra cost and keep me at my original cost - which means to me that they never needed to raise it in the first place. they also dont immediately tell you which airline you are booked on. I was afraid there would be no tickets! so i cancelled anyway. Do not book with this scam company.

total bait and switch! Waste a bunch of your time. None of the prices are real and the company seems to be one man shop. They claim to be open 24/7 and they are not. I would stay away
