This is a scam. They bait you with a low price, then change it. I wrote a review explaining this, and then they spent DAYS emailing me and calling me begging me to delete the review. Which I did. Now I’m writing another one. I ended up canceling and getting a refund, and then purchasing through the airline directly. It was more expensive, but I don’t want to give my money to such a dishonest company. The man I worked with told me that if I didn’t give him a 5 star review he’d potentially lose his job. I can’t lie about my experience. I was harassed into deleting my first review after they pulled a bait and switch. This company should be shut down. Service was terrible and bordering on illegal. Don’t support this “business.”

Farebarber is scammer. It sets the customers into last minute situation to rip them off.

Farebarber makes false advertising. I was looking for tickets from Boston to Austin for Thanksgiving holiday. On Nov 16, 2021 I found on Farebarber website tickets for 2 adults and 2 babies for $665.90. I bought those tickets and got an email confirming my purchase, but saying the status was “pending”. A day after I just got I call saying those tickets weren’t available anymore, the agent made me go to Delta Airlines website (the flight tickets was Delta) and look for the same flight that I bought and look for the price that they was offering. The agent also said that only tickets available was for $580 each passenger. While I was with the agent on the phone I just got into Farebarber website to see if they removed or changed the price from there, but surprisingly the website showed the same tickets for a cheaper price $663.90 I asked why was cheaper if she was with me on the phone saying that she couldn’t finish my purchase the only thing the agente answer is “fare are not guaranteed until the flight was confirming”. The agent was using as excuse that I can search online or looking on other website they have the best price. And when I complained about the false advertisement the agent also said that I did not have reason to complain because they didn’t charge my credit card.

Jeffrey Archer at farebarber keeps telling me for the last week he will refund me after an hour. They seem to be a Scam. I called Delta and the agent told me they have a travel company in Texas by the name of Otis Travel farebarber has a D+ in the Better Business Bureau and Otis Travel conned customers and closed their business. Beware I'm out $920.00 of hard earned money. Jeffrey tells me to Calm Down, he's calm because he makes easy money.

SCAM!! Do not trust! Fake prices on website! They call much later to waste your time and tell you they can't get those prices. FAKE ADVERTISING

This site is very misleading, I made several bookings on Saturday (2)to CUN traveling in June of 2022. The economy seats were available for 331.36 within our budget.. great I call to confirm on Monday (04) and was told all the Econ seats were sold, no they actually said those class of seats weren’t being utilize, and I would have pay hundreds of dollars more.. I should have been notified immediately, I missed out on several other flights … I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY, VERY MISLEADING

Instead of apologizing, somehow compensating me, they have the audacity to call me and demand that I change my review. Janie called me and sad that this is normal,that we sold you expencive tickhet and that was normal too to charge your money,technical error, we returned your money in 5 days
