I had a death in the family and was trying to send my mother to attend her sister's funeral. With such short notice, tickets were overwhelmingly expensive and seemed out of reach. So I googled cheap tickets and found farebarber. When I clicked their offer, they showed me a price for $277 and some change, so I went to book it. After entering all my details and credit card information, it said my confirmation was pending and an agent would reach out to me shortly. I was never contacted by an agent so instead I called. I spoke with DAVID, who told me that the ticket I was trying to book was no longer available but he offered me the SAME ticket at double the price. When I questioned him he made me go to Delta website and look at the prices and assured me that I was still getting a good and cheaper deal (which I was). However, my question was not answered as to why he's selling me the SAME exact ticket that was previously quoted for $277, for double the price. He just kept telling me to go ahead and reply to the email and say that I accept the more expensive price. So being desperate I went ahead and accepted it. After I received the confirmation #, I went on to Delta's website to view my itinerary and I saw the link for a receipt. I clicked the link and was able to view the breakdown of the ticket. The ticket that was paid for was $277 and some change, which was the price that was previously quoted. My mom's trip is over and done with, thank God! But this is just to let people know that this is how this company works. They deceive people by advertising certain prices and then put a disclaimer on their website to justify their deception, getting them to enter their personal information such as name and credit card numbers and then later telling them that the ticket is no longer available so they can get double the price.

I right now and in a predicament I booked my ticket and it said that my booking is pending I emailed them and called 5 times i at least want the courtesy of a call back

Truly awful. Tried to charge over 200% of the quoted price. Avoid at all costs.

Hello, my family of 3 a round trip this week to Puerto Rico. When we arrived to the airport, to our unpleasant surprise there was NO RESERVATION for us on our way back the day we were scheduled to depart. This is completely unprofessional and I wish to let everyone who even thinks of using this company that it is a total scam. I have called multiple times and they keep ignoring/ hanging up on me and the company customer service number has even blocked my mobile number. I even verified this by calling from a different number. Do not trust the website, under any condition! Horrible!

DONT USE. JUST A COUPLE WEEKS TO VACATION AND OUR FLIGHT IS NOW CANCELLED.

I booked a flight for me and my son to Orlando, leaving next month. I go on google and saw that farebarber had cheaper tickets so I decided to go with them. When I finally got the confirmation number, I checked on delta to see if everything matched up and it did. Now here it is almost a month away from when I was suppose to leave and I CANT find our flight. Delta customer service said they can’t do anything because my flight was already refunded to a card that was not mines. I’m trying to stay hopefully at least until I talk to David Hunt. But as of right now I am so frustrated that there’s people really get off scamming people out of their hard earned money. I would never recommend anyone to use them. This is so ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE 🚫🚫🚫

I found a great price on this site.... so I booked 10 family members' tickets on fare barber for my wedding. Not a single one got a ticket. Each one had to call and cancel and I had to look for new flights for 10 people all over again. This is such a scam and wasted so much of my time. I don't even know what the purpose of selling tickets you have absolutely no intention of delivering is. To ruin people's vacations and waste their time??? Steer clear!!!
