Jenny was very helpful, polite and pleasant. My experience with her was awesome! I hope she will be available in the near future. Thank you Jenny!

For the past weeks I have been checking flights to the Dominican Republic during the month of December 2021 on different search engines and talking on the phone with "travel agents" on these sites that promised great discounted flight tickets but at the end delivered nothing. After getting the run around for a few days (while tickets prices kept increasing) at the end nothing was delivered other than disappointment and wasted precious time. Finally I decided to give one more try to one of these discounted sites before going my regular route of dealing directly with the airlines sites even if that meant paying the regular fare price asked. The site I chose was Farebarber and the travel agent who assisted me JENNY SMITH. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. While getting the discounted tickets she kept me informed of the process which lasted 4 days including the weekend. She assured me (via e-mail and phone calls) that the tickets would be issued and not to worry. Finally she got me discounted price and delivered the promised tickets after I paid for them. For that I am very thankful and can only say thank you JENNY SMITH for all the help provided on this journey, job well done by you.

It’s very good service I really recommended booking with them, they are the best! especial mr. Jeffrey Archer..
