This is the first time that I have used Farebarber and the experience was a good one. After I made the reservation I got a response saying that my ticket was pending. I called the support number and I got a recording to leave a message (it was after midnight). In the morning I called again and was greeted by the wonderful voice of Jenny Smith. She assured me that she would figure out what was going on so should I not worry. After a few minutes she came back with good news that all was well. She asked me to confirm that I was who I said I was by forwarding a copy of my credit card with just the last four digits and my name showing. I was definitely concerned about that but she assured me that it was to protect me from possible fraud. I was then told to expect my ticket in 24 hours and by 5:00 pm I got the confirmation in via email. Totally excited and satisfied. Great job Jenny Smith 👍🏿👍🏿
