FareBarberReviews of farebarber.com

I received my tickets at a very nice rate, compared to what I'd seen. The process seems a bit sketchy at first, with payment first receive tickets later, but it worked out. Jenny Smith was a great help with purchasing my tickets. Thanks.

I tried to book my ticket online for a fare posted on the Farebarber website. It looked like it processed correctly but kept saying “processing “ It never charged to my card and I noticed my DOB was incorrect even though I did make sure I checked it before submitting the request for the ticket. I was contacted by Jenny and she said the fare was not available and it costs almost $200 more. So the fare you see online is most likely not what you will pay. I told her to correct my DOB and redo the ticket. I did pay the extra money as fares were rising at this time. I was waiting for 24 then 48 hrs. I finally got my ticket and checked with the airline to make sure it was good. It was not an easy transaction and this was the first time I had ever had this type of issue with ticketing. Jenny was very helpful, patient and kind. She reassured me and kept in contact through every step. Be aware that you may not be able to get through to the agents leave a message, be kind and they will respond. OTAs are different than booking through an airline, you have to wait longer for your ticket to be issued. Confirmation is not a ticket … remember this. Any questions about this process talk to Jenny.

Thumbs up!! Was a bit skeptical at first, but after speaking with first representative, I just had to be patient with the process which took about 2 days to be fully confirmed. Great price and non stop flights that I prefer. Nice work farebarber!!!

Michael Brown from Farebarber. He provided me with a deal and he helped me thru each step of the process. He was also patient with me.

I was very skeptical at first but Alex worked hard to find me a deal for my tickets to the Dominican Republic. With Jenny's collaboration, they assisted me in every step of the way and they were always available to answer calls if any corrections and made sure that all the information of my ticket was adequate.

Raven was very helpful. Prompt with answering my questions and getting me the information I needed

Overall Jenny was very helpful. My only issue was with the price presented on the website as it was $100 less then what I ended up paying. Delta needs to clarify if they are not giving you the cheapest flights so we know what to expect, but Jenny explained it well and helped me in any way she could.

I’m a seasoned traveler and know what’s out there in terms of prices. I needed to travel on Christmas Day and as expected prices on Traditional booking sites are astronomical. Found farebarber and price was a little too good to be true. Discussed my booking with David Hunt and he revealed that although the initial price breakdown maybe low they may be able to secure a reasonable price and that he would not charge me unless I am satisfied with the new quote . So In essence the initial price was too good to be true but the updated quote was comparatively much much lower than Deltas web portal. Therefore I am satisfied. There are some questionable practices about uploading a picture of your credit card , as I understand it it is their companies way of reducing fraud , so I was a bit hesitant, I did block out the numbers except the last 4 as they recommended . Got my tickets today and everything is confirmed on delta including my delta app. A little risky as this was to me a new travel booking site, but the communication with “David Hunt” was great and at the end I am well satisfied with the price and confirmation. Hope this helps anyone thinking about using their service , would recommend using them if you are in a bind.
