I had a really great time booking with them. The whole process was smooth. Raven made sure that all detials of the passengers were correct. I was comfortable sharing my details with him as he explained the airlines policy to me. I do not fly so much so I am generally anxious around airports. He made sure that I was at ease and I know my stuff when I go there. I feel confident and I commend their superb quality of customer service. They go an extra mile, to make sure the passengers get everything they want. This is why farebarber is a great flight booking company for passengers in USA.

Jefrey Archer so far is the best agent. He fallows and seems to be well trained, I was hesitant at first about buying from this company because of previous bad experience with the customer service that didn’t notify me about the cancellation . However Jeffrey is very different. Not only does he explain any concern to me , but also to my daughter. Jefrey is Very patient and responsible. Good and helpful customer service. I was upset that I did book the seating but did not get it on our flight. Over all it was excellent.
