2 months later I am still waiting for some Easter presents. Their TRACKING solution I believe is BOGUS too. Use PayPal is my advice as they will eventually run out of excuses and PayPal will sort them. It will take about 3 weeks though. Start demanding delivery asap so that you can show Paypal comms.

Disgusting service. Won’t respond to emails. I received a dress and upon trying it on realised it is smaller than advertised. I immediately emailed their support to organise a refund as they advertised a good refund policy. Support emailed me back to begin the refund process and have not responded since then. I have sent countless emails to follow up and organise the refund/return and they will not/have not respond. Do not support this disgraceful business that will not even respond to emails from customers. Very disappointed that I cannot get my money back for an item I am unable to use.

Ordered Garden Frog product in June 2023 never received and never received a refund as promised. Always get the same message refund issued check your account carefully. 4 months later no refund no delivery of Garden Frog.

SCAM. I would not even give 1 star if that were possible. I was ordering a little dress for an event. I needed it rather quickly so searched for something not coming from China. Found this site that specifically stated made in USA and shipped from local warehouses. Clearly stated return policy. Ok. I could get this dress on Shein for $7 but wanted it fast and returnable if need be so paid way too much for what it was but wanted those assurances. Ordered then got to track my dress through China then France. Contacted customer service and was told they have warehouses all aver. So not local. Definitely not made in USA. Inquired about return policy which was clearly stated to contact customer service. 12, yes 12, emails later they have told me to "share with a friend," "give as gift" but no mention of refund. They apologize for me not liking their superior product and promise to talk to manufacturer about quality. They apologize for my dissatisfaction but not once directly answered my questions. It's a cheap short dress. Get it from Shein for a fraction of the cost and actual return if not work. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM. SCAM. TERRIBLE.

Ordered a product and never received it. Tried to get answers but got some stupid automated service which sent me in circles. Don’t buy anything from them. Facebook won’t help either but continues to advertise their products.

Do not order from this scam company. Thank goodness for PayPal helping me. On June 9 I ordered the lawn ornament of frogs on a bike like I see others ordered as well. 10 emails back and forth resulted in absolutely NO results. They even had a tracking number that was sent to me. Lol! It says my order was delivered to Chapel Hill USA on July 8. Not one more word after that. So, I guess that’s it. Please don’t fall for this scam. I have learned my lesson and I hope this review helps you.

I ordered a product over two months ago. No sign of it, and the excuses by the “customer support team” are poor at best. They do not answer my question about where their “main office “ is located, nor do they share any information whatsoever about the method of shipment. DO NOT make the mistake I made.
