Shoe size is smaller than indicated and multiple emails have not resulted in an acceptable resolution. Will get stuck with these and will most likely donate to charity.

Do not waste money. I wish I'd read the reviews here before I purchased. Once oder arrived I could see the shoe was obviously the wrong size even though it was listed as what I ordered. Contacted customer service explained that there shoe was sized wrong. Took pictures of my shoes next to their shoe all showing the same size. Their shoe was at obviously smaller. Customer Service was no help never seemed to grasp the issue that their shoe is not the proper size.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Took weeks to get them. Shoes were way to big. Said they were 11 1/2. They were an inch longer than my other 11 1/2 shoes. Wanted to return them per their return guarantee within 30 days. They told me to keep them and give them to a family member. I told them no and they said if I wanted to return them I would have to ship them to China. Shipping to China is about $65. Scam. Do no buy from these people.

absolute bullcrap....ordered mens size 10 and got shoe that would fit a midget. emailed to return and they told me to f off and not one nickel refund for return but they would give me 10% of next purchase. They even had the balls to suggest giving them to a family member with small feet. this company is BS

The quality of shoes were much less than expected. In advertisement it was claimed that shoes were made in "North Italy", however all boxes had writing in Chinese. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes size 10.5, I received 2 pairs of size 10.5 and one pair size 13. I asked company how to return 1 pair of shoes, which were obviously wrong size. First, they claimed that they sent what I ordered, on my second request they offered discount 10% on next purchase. On my third request they wrote "If you insist on a return, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Address: 205 A, Wo Lung St, Fanling, New Territories, Hongkong". If shoes are made in North Italy why the return address is Hongkong? Shipping cost will be more than a cost of shoes. I decided to donate shoes to Salvation Army, and I do not recommend to anyone to buy their products.

Ordered a pair of slip on Orthotics and added a second pair of Italian leather walking shoes to get free shipping...I got a refund for one shipping charge...a $10 pair of slip on sneakers...and a pair of walking shoes made out of vinyl...The rub with these con artists is the return shipping is to Hong Kong...and costs more than the purchase...but they offer 55% of your money back...and you can keep the $20 worth of shoes they sent...Classic bait and switch thats needs to be investigated by law enforcement.

Shoe sizes run small. Returns are discouraged. I've been asked to keep the shoes and to gift them to friends or family. They say made in Italy, but the shipment came from China.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on 7/4/23 received them 7/17/23. came from New Jersey in 13 days. They are too small and no size markings on shoes to tell what size. Will be returning if possible but based on previous reviews doubtful. I wish I would of seen the reviews prior to order. I should of known better!!
