Another DMCA criminal organization spamming…
Another criminal organization spamming reports based on Google keywords, entering websites, typing names into search boxes, and reporting those URLs to scam models by making it look like they are removing content. They have no ability whatsoever to verify whether it is licensed content, sponsor content, or whether any content even exists at all. As already happened in the past with Rulta, Bruqi, BranditScan, and the other companies that were doing the same SCAM DMCA FRAUD thing in previous years when these companies became trendy. Sending false DMCA reports is a federal crime and it can lead to heavy fines and prison sentences. Also for the companies and models being represented, under whose names the reports are being sent. UPDATE IN RESPONSE: I publicly identified myself using our office number. In what world is that being anonymous? Every company I mentioned, along with many others on a much longer list, used to engage in the same DMCA “spam and pray” tactics. They no longer do it because their "models" and the companies themselves were sued, some where banned from the google partners program and some are in jail now. Good Luck!

This reviewer operates a website that receives those notices, they are a counterparty to our enforcement work, not a customer of our service. Any operator who believes a specific notice was filed in error can send the URL and ownership details to [email protected] and we will review and correct genuine errors, as we routinely do. A counter-notification also remains the established legal process for contesting a notice.
