Awesome ticket platform. I’ve been using Fanimal for the past couple years now because it’s just easier to use overall. Saving on ticket prices has been nice as well, definitely recommend.

Great ticket purchasing website. I have used many times! My most recent ticket purchase was very delayed on delivery so I emailed them at their support email explaining that I had a concert to attend in less than 5 hours. Within 30 minutes they responded and explained there were technical issues with automatic delivery of the ticket. 10 minutes after that my ticket was delivered. Thanks to Ryan Budde who helped. Unfortunate that the issues occurred and definitely made me nervous I wasn't going to be able attend the concert. Glad it was handled quickly and I highly doubt other ticket purchasing websites would have been able to resolve as quickly.

Fanimal is a great and easy to use service that also treats their customers right! I purchased tickets to see glass animals last year through Fanimal and the process was seamless. However when the show got cancelled, Jonny from Fanimal followed up quickly and made things right (offered credit or refund). Will def use again!

Worked great! Tickets were cheaper than other services for the exact same seats. Transfer worked just like it was supposed to and seamless at the gate.

From search to checkout, the Fanimal experience was easy and affordable. I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews but given the pains I have experienced in buying tickets in the past, this feels like the right thing to do for other folks. Definitely the best prices I could find and that’s what ultimately matters to me. 5/5
