Ordered a folding shoe stand from them. Got confirmation and tracking was all in Chinese writing couldn’t track due to this. Emailed the company who gave me tracking in English to find out it was delivered supposedly on a Sunday 16 days ago when trying to contact them again and no reply. Contacted my credit card company about fraudulent company and to dispute charges. Don’t order anything from their website because it’s a scam and customer support is nonexistent

Sent me a bad watch. it was not as advertised at all. I requested a refund and they told me NO. then they said they would expedite a replacement and nothing arrived.

Firstly my dresses were delivered to the wrong country in Soudi Arabia and I'min SouthAfrica. they have managed to reship to SA. Now it's another issue I've purchased four dresses with Fancyspring on August after my purchase i was given a tracking number come to my surprise those two tracking numbers that was provided by Fancyspring it belongs to someone else this person singned and collected this parcel at post office how can two people use the same tracking number on the tracking app it shows that my dresses were singed and collected by someone else.ive send Chelsie several emails complaining about this matter her reply is we're still checking with warehouse and logistics Yesterday I've sent them emails requesting for my refund now they're not responding to my emails..kindly assist

Arnaque ! Tu commandes un objet et tu te retrouves avec un abonnement débité toutes les semaines. Impossible de se rembourser ou d’annuler !! Quelle honte !!

Une vraie arnaque ce site, qui part d une simple commande d une robe à 9,99€. Résultat je n ai eu aucun article pire encore on vient à nouveau de me retirer 9,99 en me disant que c était des frais d un abonnement non remboursable. Ne vous faites pas voler.a éviter ce site gros arnaque

je ne sais pas comment je suis arrivée sur fancy, j'ai juste voulu commander un patron de tricot et pas sur leur site qui plus est. Je ne l'ai jamais reçu et j'ai été prélevée de la somme, puis de trois autres. J'ai soit-disant payé pour un accès à leur programme de fidélité. Je ne connais même pas ce site. Depuis le 24 mars j'envoie un message chaque jour, auquel on me répond. J'ai demandé l'annulation de cette adhésion frauduleuse, j'ai pu récupérer 48 euros ils me doivent encore 11.95 euros; Je ne lache pas.
