No item ever received

Ordered pillow on june.Still not received it.Status said "sorry for the delay". seriously delay for3 months

No 👎 I ordered 5 items 6 months ago and did not get them I am so mad sent several emails pictures in the order number and still no reply and no money on my card they are still putting their items up on Facebook for only shipping of their items and pictures of their merchandise saying their merchandise is all free just pay shipping yeah right it's a scam for sure now out of birthday presents for my grandkids and a shower gift for my new grand child👣😢

Same reviews as others. They are a SCAM. Ordered 3 months back, nothing came and the shipping date that they gave is past due. And ofcourse they don’t answer emails. Do not buy from this website.

Our experience with Fancy mirrors that of all the other merchants who've left reviews below. They are aggressive with their outreach to sell marketing packages. They send emails and pitch decks riddled with grammar and spelling mistakes. When ANYTHING goes wrong they stop replying to your emails entirely. Reps come and go from the company and dont last more than a few months. Shady business practices all around.

Same problem. I bought something last month but never arrived I emailed seller and customer service different times and haven't received any answer. Impossible to contact them by phone. I'm afraid they cheated me and I'll never receive the item or my money back. What a terrible disappoinment!
