Shipped me the wrong cards from black chrome. Complete miss representation of the product. Long time customer but after that experience, not a fan.

Customer service team took over a week to respond to me about an urgent. Absolutely unacceptable especially for how much money I’ve spent on their app as a loyal customer.

Shipping has taken forever and for one hasn’t been shipped yet. Three weeks after order. Charged me 1.00 per base card on packs that were ripped virtually. Fees and extras made me not a customer anymore.

It's an OKAY at best site. Most things are overpriced. I had 3 items I had sent to my vault thinking I could have them shipped later when I made another purchase I had my eyes on. These cards were valued $10, $10, $5, and then I purchased another $30 card. $50 in cards. Max. And they tried to charge me $100 in insurance and fees to ship those to me. Completely outrageous and unethical. One of the worst parts of the hobby is companies gouging like this. I understand if I had $500 in cards or something.... MAYBE $50 in insurance(still ridiculous). But stuff like this turns people off. Now I have to sell cards on that site that I wanted for my collection. Why would you make things more difficult and take advantage of people like that? Very dirty.

Customer support is very poor, and the whole process takes far too long. Even simple issues are difficult to resolve here. Recently, a card of mine went missing from the vault—I did get a refund (so I’m not angry about that)—but in recent auctions, I won cards with incorrect slab descriptions (even though you guarantee verification and physical possession of the items). I submitted a claim 15 days ago, and it still hasn't been processed... there should be a quick refund and the slabs should be sent back to the companies for correction. The website itself is great—I enjoy using it—but the customer service is dragging the company down.

I have had some bad experiences with this company. I had to wait along time for stuff I bought. And they gave me a run around about it may take up to 10 business days for them to be delivered for some of mine I messaged them 12-15 business days after the payment went thru and barely got a $10 off coupon for my next purchase. Wooooooooow a whole $10 for someone who has spent more than $5,000 in less than 6 months. Amazing customer service. Crazy they make so much money on fees and a simple $10 for me.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had with the company been going on over a month and still can’t get resolution to a very, very simple issue. Re: i’ve already been in contact with customer support for over a month! again all you do is say oh we’re so sorry that this is taking so long. It’s pathetic l, you’re terrible. And this is just another example of the BS fake customer service. Just placating, no resolution or actions.

This has happened more than once. Checked the box to use Fancash in the amount in my account and when checking out, Fancash was not applied. This last purchase, I waited "in line" three times for the $300+ order before I was able to check out - the Fancash was not applied. Chat with agent was no help
