Fees are making it not worth it! Market place should be equivalent to zero fee competition!

We came into your store on Sunday 7th June (regent street )and my son purchased some champions league football cards the guy behind the desk saw that my son was wearing an arsenal jacket and said to him you will never win that about arsenal not winning champions league my child has autism and I found this to be very unprofessional we spend quite a bit of money in this store and have always had good experiences here but this has upset him

These guys had a promotion with CGC to vault graded cards for free. Your first three submissions to they're vault would be free and would not be charged for vault. Sounded so good I sent a bunch of cards in. As soon as I saw them received I tried their auction. Mistake number 1. All my cards were sold for the lowest values possible. I will never use them for auctions again. Stick with eBay.
