Would be 0 stars if that was allowed. Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere, processing product is extremely slow (will take you well over a month end to end to send in a card and have it ready to post). The biggest issue tho is that customer service just passes the buck, claims to be investigating issues but never get back to you. I have a number of submissions lost by them, however they are just giving me the runaround. Avoid fanaticscollect unless you enjoy being tormented

by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced from any company. I’ve sent about 30 emails and no one can help me restore my account or even take the time out of the day due to a technical glitch. As someone who has spent a couple thousand dollars I do not feel like a valued customer. If this does not get resolved, I will be taking this up with the BBB.

Still can’t cash out funds, there no number to connect to a live person , once you do get ahold of anyone they answer once don’t answer the issue and then gone again, my issue still hasn’t been resolved after I submitted a screen recording of my account showing they are not verifying my id from my account name and matching my id, since the very beginning I was told one thing they did honor the statement that was told to me and waived my fees but now I can’t get the money on the account it’s been months and still Nothing

Ordered few Pokemon slab from buy now section in Fanatics Collect. only few were shipped by Fanatics Collect Vault, other still pending and their customer services is keep telling me that they already expedite it, but seem like nothing happened. btw it’s $5000++ worth of Pokemon Slab and they didn’t give any shit to ship it. Now i know why people keep telling to avoid Fanatics, their shipping team/vault team at Oregon work very slow. even you try to vault the card took 1 month to appeared inside the app. + their app super buggy, make your iphone getting Hot + you can’t leave livestream unless u forcefully close the app. or else the black PiP Mode keep sticking .
