Somehow no one knew what I was talking about when I was trying to redeem my initial pack so they were rude and were like sure you get a free pack and were super rude and not helpful at all, just told me to go to different streams and ask and laughed about it. Then it also took awhile to get promo. Then you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to use it. Needs to be better instructions, plus a heads up to streamers so they don’t act like jack a**

My account suddenly stopped which i cannot buy or bid on anything and still they didnt fix my issue

Shipping was a huge hindrance, I shipped internationally and there were a lot of fees that slapped me in the face once the slabs arrived. Some more bold explanations of how it all works would’ve been appreciated. Not just an invoice that says “no further action required” after shipping. Also putting restrictions limiting a pick up on my items was a nightmare, having to take time off of work to receive a parcel was a painful experience. Multiple slabs also turned up scuffed after being shipped stacked together, and some sleeved cards were bent. However, customers service regarding the delivery was really helpful with changing the delivery date once I finally got through to them. The service team regarding the fees were super rude and just palmed me off to the shipping company without any explanation of what the extra fees were for. Will not get bulk items shipped ever again.

The whole process of buying or selling is awful in my opinion. I sold a card and it takes FOREVER to receive the funds. Buying is no better - no combined shipping when you send multiple offers to same seller and retrieving from the vault takes forever. I’ll stick with eBay

My biggest complaint about customer service is when I ask for a card value increase and I supply multiple higher value comparisons for the same card, it is almost aways ignored or denied. For example I got a 7.5 grade on a Mike Trout rookie card. They appraised it at $10.00. I showed them 16 RAW cards valued at $30-50.00. They responded with a $5.00 increase. This graded card should be worth than Raw cards, even a 7.5 is worth more than $15.00. This problem lowers my vault value and the commission they get on each card. I have many examples of this problem. Their reliance on card ladder is a bad idea. It consistently undervalues cards.

Needs a ton of work. From the listing to shipping to rips.

My account mysteriously has disappeared and cannot access it and the hundreds of slabs I have in my vault . It’s been a week and the radio silence is frustrating and worrisome!! There is no phone # or contact number which is also frustrating when there are no replies , only messages that they will review and get back to me. I can’t believe fanatics is dropping the ball on service and responsiveness, which is none existent. Good luck buying ,selling and retrieving!!!! I’m still waiting on a reply and solution a week later . This is very irresponsible behavior and beware !!!!

Payments take far too long, and withdrawing funds is more difficult than it should be. Shipments are often significantly delayed, and the app is in need of a major technology upgrade. Competing platforms like Alt are much easier to use and offer upfront cash value, which this platform does not. Overall, the experience feels like there are too many small fees and unnecessary friction.
