Fanatics CollectReviews of fanaticscollect.com

Enjoying it so far! Would be cool to have a feature that showed what you paid for a card tax and fees included, side by side to what the current card ladder shows to make it easier to price items you are selling.

It’s a great avenue to buy and sell cards and memorabilia on. I have only 1 contact person that I get quick answers from. Chris does a fantastic job at answering my questions in a timely manner. There are times that I have a question come up late at night and it’s in a need to know- now question that I can’t get answered till the next day. Communication is the only worry I have about fanatics going forward. It’s a great place to be part of. No complaints other than around the clock communication and I’m not dealing with a chat bot.

Its a good site. It would be nice if they had more filter options and sort by options. Also, scrolling on mobile lags. Otherwise its great.

The ease of transactions is nice. However, the payment timeline needs revamping.

I love the fact u can buy and sell cards on your app its very cool

Customer service and processing times are a little slow and there are some slight app glitches such as having to enter a bid multiple times before it works but the low (or 0%) fees more than make up for it!

I don’t fully understand all the hate they get in the reviews. They have tens of thousands of submissions to deal with, and every major collector company is backed up right now, so of course things are going to be slow. I submitted a card about a month ago to have CGC grade it because, in my opinion, they’re the only truly independent card grading company left that handles the process in-house. Unfortunately, my card still hasn’t made it into my vault yet, but I understand they’re backlogged. Nothing is going to happen overnight, but I’d rather it take a little longer and be done right. The site is super easy to use, and I absolutely love that I can automatically send my Topps redemption cards directly to my vault. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Fanatics and have no complaints.
