One card was shipped in a padded envelope in a sleeve with only one protective barrier(ding defender) on one side instead of sandwiching the card with 2 plastic barriers. Card and Barrier were then placed in a styrofoam envelope within the outer envelope. Card was not affixed to the barrier so was free to float around. Luckily, no damage to the card. There was a couple of posts on reddit with many comments of people experiencing the same thing. I have two more cards (one about $2500) that I have asked to physically pick up at the Vault to avoid shipping and damage…the down side of this is that the Fanatics is still charging me insurance costs as if they were shipping. I think this is a bad policy that will cost Fanatics consumers…I will not be ordering from Fanatics unless they protect the cards better and change their insurance for pick up policy. Not impressed with the shipping quality from fanatics collect. Takes forever to have them ship the cards, and often the cards arrive in only a sleeve and no toploader. I expect a higher standard of shipping and protection from the company that owns topps.

Sent in cards for the first time back in September to be graded with CGC to try it out. Cards sat in my vault for several weeks without any updates to the process. reached out to support which was very helpful but that took over a week for any successful results to actually find out my cards were just put in the vault and not sent to grading. Very disappointing experience and i am on the fence if i want to do this again with Fanatics collects. Support was very helpful and did get my cards to fulfillment to have them graded with CGC but the wait is still something that i am very disappointed with.

Well, on some of the breaks, the hosts attempt to shame bidders for not bidding enough. It's a turn-off. For people that bid often and walk away with nothing for the money they pay on a break after getting completely skunked, we don't feel at all bad about winning spots with a low bid from time to time (when it rarely occurs). It's off-putting for the hosts to shamelessly wear us out, threaten to pause the break, and complain to us. We don't want to hear it. Also, some of the music, though I realize they are trying to be hip, I believe goes against the policy standards (our should).

I like ease of market but example would be qhere is bulk shipping select bunch of carda to ship together. Payback on insta rips was not so good but even more so on this rip i got signature packs but one was not signature which is crazy !! You pay175$ for pack they should all be real signatures. Want my money back on that pack but no one to reach out tok..

You were quick. The message was nice. It doesn’t change after spending thousands it goes into a feedback bucket and I’m stilll not resolved definitively. That sucks. Between apps and hard cards I am really disappointed.

I paid to retrieve my cards from my collection and it took a month before the order was finally processed and shipped. This doesn't include the actual shipping time. It exceeds the posted expected processing time of 10-15 business days. I had to contact support to get them to process the order. It's just unacceptable and makes me want to find another company that does better.

I submitted a card for 15 to 20 day turnaround in July and I am still waiting for it. From what I heard, Fanatics will still hold me to the charge of the level I paid for which is crap. The email customer service has been okay, but last time I talked to them they said my card was on the way back to the vault that was two weeks ago. Still waiting over 3 months later for a card I paid $149 to grade.
