The ease of searching and finding cards to purchase or bid on. I appreciate the service my account manager, Doug Brenner provides - he is the main reason I continue to do business with Fanatics. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and provides great advice.

I've been using fanatics collect a lot lately and I have been enjoying their weekly auctions. I just stumbled upon this reviews page and was surprised to see all of the negative feedback. Don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I actually just had a lovely experience with customer support last week. I won a few auctions and paid forgetting that "ship to vault" is the default option. I wanted the cards asap for my collection so I messaged support. While they said they couldn't change the shipping to my home address on the fly, they worked with my on a solution and ultimately waived the vault withdraw fees when I had the cards shipped to my house. Definitely will continue to buy from them. Only thing I'd say that could be improved on is maybe put slabs in a sleeve/team bag and put the fanatics ID sticker on that instead of directly on the slab. It comes off easy though.

I recently began using the site to collect cards. I had an issue with card retrieval. I filled out the “contact us” form. Within 24 hours I received a reply from a service rep. They were responsive with back and forth emails to get my issue resolved. All of my interactions with Fanatics Live and Fanatics Collect Customer Service has been positive to this point.
