Instant rips has far too many cards nobody would want to keep. I would rather have a PSA 8 of a star than a PSA 10 rookie auto of a guy nobody remembers.

It took over three weeks after my cards were delivered to go into intake. That is clearly too long when sending cards to auction. By the time it gets to auction, a month has passed. They have grown in size but have failed to scale their employees.

When I when I pay for my own cards, they never ship them and then they try to charge me again it’s really makes me upset

My experience is hit or miss. Sometimes my purchases are shipped and delivered quickly, while other orders sit with no updates and zero communication. If a shipment is in a queue of some sort, I'd like to know where my order stands so I'm not left wondering. Is my order acknowledged, is it lost? Its like a black hole. I shouldn't have to reach out to support. My interactions with support have been pleasant in nature but nothing seems to actually get done. They say the right things but the results lack.
