I’m not sure why my items were shipped to a vault. They are not worth much and I wanted them because they are my childhood hero’s. I truly hope I can get them shipped to me in the near future. Having them sit in a vault does me no good. I’m a little disappointed I just want my cards Thanks

Platform is enjoyable to use. Shipping process is the complete opposite. My first ever order is still sitting “in progress” for over a week now with no tracking info or updates. This part of the process needs to be remedied and streamlined.

Sloooooooow delivery! Payment page defaults to vault option, then they charge you extra to take out of vault and send to your address even if it was a mistake and you notified support well before shipping! Only robots on customer service. No humans. They act like they have a monopoly. Oh wait a minute, they do have a monopoly!

App for auctions is VERY glitchy. Often freezes while scrolling through cards. Will suddenly reload a page for no reason and reshuffle the cards so I can never get through a long grouping of listings that I have searched for (ie — “baseball” “autos”). Can be a lag with bids so I don’t know if I am the high bidder until after I have closed out a listing.
