I've opened a few support tickets and they all have been addressed well. One thing I would like when reporting issues with item mislabeled, we get rewarded for helping improve the platform.

Honestly, they handled my concern pretty well. I had a pending wire transfer purchase, they checked it on there end, and made sure it was completed pretty fast. So I’m good thank you

Awesome experiences with Fanatics collect. Any issue I've had is resolved quickly by customer service. They are fast and efficient shipping cards to me, checking cards in and generally never have to deal with non-paying buyers as Fanatics vets them whereas some other auctioning sites have 10-20% on paying buyer on collectible. Viva La Fanatics Collects.
