Terrible customer service, bought 2 cards via auction, after waiting 20 days the finally put them in the mail they got to the post office by my house and for some reason returned to sender. They said they would issue me a refund since there is some kind of shipping issue instead of just resending the cards which wasn’t an option but I still have not received a refund and it has been weeks. For such a large corporation I can’t believe how scammy they are I want my freaking money back this is ridiculous

Support vip contact me and asked me to return the card and confirmed that a refund would be issued once it was received. The card was delivered more than a week ago, but I still haven’t received the refund or any update on its status. At this point, I have neither the card nor the money. Extremely disappointed with Fanatics Collect. I recently received a PSA 10 graded card from them, but it arrived with obvious internal damage—there are visible stains completely sealed inside the slab. When you invest in a Gem Mint 10, you expect pristine quality, not an internally damaged product. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely non-existent. I submitted ticket #6a5551a91583dc4250be1612 to get this resolved, and it has been sitting there for over 20 days with absolutely zero response. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I need someone from the support team to step up, review this ticket, and provide an immediate solution. I

well i would give a big fat 0 , i orderd one card graded no problom , so i ordered 5 raw brady cards and a rookie shohei ohtanu graded , card , the first was graded shohei , but with this order it said it automatically sent the card graded one to a vault , i tried e mailing for a week and getting run around , i tried calling toll free number , this is where its fuunny , 3 times called 3 different times chinese or asian people could not speak english take e- mail or find account , they would answer e-mail and just say we sent your card to vault , but i just ordered and paid 400 dollors never sent card or pushed button to go to vault , but anyway i used ai and had to pay another 17.17 to have it sent to me , hope it comes , wont order here again no help , terrible customer service , no one cares , i guess its a ploy to get more money , well if you want too know now you do , Dont order here , no one cares , no help , ne english , 0 stars if i could , lost my business

They don’t respond to any questions or do they honor any of their promotions Would give 0 stars if it were an option went to fanatics fest which was a great time paid for an in person photo op with Alex Ovechkin picture was taken without warning wasn’t even looking at the camera when the photo was taken and they would not let me do a Do over waste of almost 400$!

Abysmal customer experience. Card listed for sale, which they messed up (buyer chickened out on paying), then they couldn't locate the card which supposedly never leaves their vault until payment is completed. Either they gave away the card for free, or sold it and kept the money, or lost it (meaning their vault isn't exactly a "safe" space). It's been nearly 2 months! How do you manage to do that?! They give the same copy-pasted replies for different questions (pretty sure it's just an AI chatbot they use), and have no new information to offer. Despite requesting an escalation, it's the same "customer experience" employee/bot handling it. Unfortunately, this is NOT an isolated incident. There was another (vintage) card that was listed which they "lost" for over 2 months despite being in their "secure" vault, which they "found" after being told their mishandling will be made public. Can only imagine who else has gone through this or if this is an asset acquiring "strategy". Folks with valuable trading cards, especially Pokemon - DO NOT USE FANATICS. Find a different company because it is certain Fantics will disappoint at some point. They will lose it and take customers on a ride - maybe with the hope that the customer gives up (or sues them - which seems to be the only viable option at this point)?

Shipped an item to Fanatics Collect vault which was great. Very efficient! However, it was down hill from there. I put one of my items into the weekly auction and the buyer never paid. It took 10 days for the item to be returned to me. Once returned I put it into the "buy now" selling route, someone had then purchased it and again never paid. I am not sure why it is a feature for the item to be moved before the buyer has paid for the item. I am now waiting for it to be sent back to me. Having been into the Regents Street store in London a few times, it has always been a really good experience. However, this has been awful. I would like to mention Rodolfo at Customer Service who has been very efficient with there replies.

This company is terrible bought cards 2 months ago, and still trying to get them to be delivered to my house, first they took more than 15 days to ship the cards after paid, they added restrictions that I could no view or adjust with fedex which they didnt deliver and was sent back to fanatics, now its been more than 20 days and they are saying the cards will go to the vault and Ill have to pay for the vault fees, very slow customer service and template answers, dont do business with

Its been 4 weeks since I paid for a 32400 gold star umbreon. They cabcelled my order after holding my money for 2 weeks, restricted and banned the account. Did not refund my purchase or mail the card. I emailed vip escalation and nobody replied. Customer service, nobody replied. I dm the ceo on instagram... ignored... while hes at fifa soccer games with his wife promoting how awesome his brand is... we need a class action lawsuit. Please reach out for order 2407818 Please... email us about my refund. My family is hurting now. They did not fix my account its now august, they lied in the response below. Nothing was done tonight the ban or my money. Ceo is partying while this brand steals from you
