Just another over promise and under delivered service. Already 4 weeks behind my expected receiving time. No customer service

I have to say. I was a fan. But now I am not. Their customer service is the reason for this. As a platform, it’s fine. You can buy or sell as you choose. But what makes this a one star is the lack of accountability and misleading charges they will apply. Have taken boxes from the vault to ship on 3 occasions. Yet on one I was charged additional fulfilment and “slabbing” charges on unslabbed product. Ironically, the EXACT same item I was previously uncharged these fees on. And, as taking three from the vault I was charged three times and three times for fulfilment for an employee to fulfil ONCE from the same shelf. Truly mind boggling. I asked for the fees to be reversed as was not on the same product. It has been with a “different team” for a month and kept getting updates of such. Even said if not reversed they could honour as FanCash credit to keep in their coffers. And that request is “with a different team” with no response for a week. Just a shame that Fanatics, a company I previously was excited by taking over many licenses and whose products I enjoy, choose to operate in this way and have seemingly shifted their customer service operations in such a way it is detrimental to their reputation and name.

Ive played x amount if time never hit anything worth my money

I opened some MLB Bowman instant packs- and wow, there were cards of little to no value for a $250 pack- players who never made it to the Majors- and players who turned into scrubs (Henry Davis). Was pretty ridiculous to be honest. Just not much value at all in the product.

SELLERS BEWARE! Don’t use fanatics collect they don’t even respect there own auction payment timelines. Let me explain why I’ve mostly used the platform to buy and sell as most do. With some sales being auctioned and other buy now. All of my sales have been non premier auctioned which only gives a buyer 5 days to pay. I sold the auctioned item on Sept 6th and fast forward to today still no payment. I spoke with customer service multiple times to check on the status and no payment. Being frustrated I asked why after five days isn’t it cancelled and was given a BS answer of how they extended the payment period till the end of the week to provide more time which is STRICTLY AGAINST THERE GUIDELINES. So I responded, “did the buyer request this becuase the card auctioned was only for $19.20!!!! And then was met back from customer support actually I meant it was extended for everyone. What a load of BS. The truth is the platform gives crazy amount of favoritism and protection to the buyer and not the seller. With high spending buyers getting extensions as long as an extra week so basically two weeks time for an under $19.20 auction. And you know what’s funny they still haven’t paid on day 10 and Friday is two more days with no payment at all. Another disturbing trend is becuase fanatics gives so much feeedom and time to the buyer a lot of users are using collect to win auctions and then try and flip it on eBay to sell in hopes of doubling and tripling. Buyers rejoice you are favored on here but SELLERS BEWARE!!!!

I've been trying to sort out an issue for over 3 months with no end in sight. They keep giving me the runaround and refusing to solve my issue. I sent them a pack fresh card and then cgc said it's altered. So the list of who could have altered my card consists of only fanatics and cgc and they both just tell me to contact the other one and no one helps anything.

A truly awful corrupt company. They refused to ship my card after paying for it, did not answer any of my messages! Horrible corrupt company that’s ruining the card industry. They have no competition so they are obviously not inclined to offer a quality product or adequate customer service. Shame on them! A disgraceful company that desperately needs government intervention to keep them in check and offer some competition as they can’t be allowed to keep offering such a corrupt garbage product.

I have multiple ‘open tickets’ with fanatics collect after I’ve spent ten of thousands of dollars this year collecting on their site. First major issue is this; I sold one of my cards in my digital fanatics wallet several months ago, fanatics got paid their cut and when I went to ‘verify my identity’ in order to link my bank account it failed. Since then I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere with weak emails to fanatics connect employees about my account verification so that I can have access to the money when I sell an item on your platform and when you get paid a cut of my money. Fanatics has still not verified my account. Until they do, this smells like straight up scamming or theft. I’m waiting fanatics collect. Second issue is this; I did a break on tom Brady’s card vault recently, it was a $39 break and I got charged over $57 for it. That doesn’t make any sense. I messaged card-vault and even the breaker ‘boomer’ admitted that this didn’t sound correct (duh) and said they would get back to me soon. They have not and are now ignoring my messages. Third issue is this; I have a topps UFC redemption autograph card that was supposed to go into my digital fanatics wallet. I got a notification from fanatics months ago that the card was being processed and then I never refunded it. Basically somebody somewhere lost my card and I have an open ticket for this and I’m still not getting an answer about it. That’s a valuable card and I either want the card or I want to be compensated for it. Again, very bad business, scammy and theft unless somebody does the right thing here and I haven’t been given any reasons to think that they will. I’ve got evidence of all of these things from fanatics collect.
