The rental company did not send information for the rental when they said they would. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean and no one responded to the email. Someone eventually responded to the text that the fireplace wasn’t working but instead of offering a solution they told me to turn up the heat. I originally booked the location thru airbnb but they sold the unit to family time right before my reservation. I would not use them again.

We stayed at the Red canyon lodge. Two nights in a row we had no water with 15 people in the house needing to take a shower, cook, use the bathroom etc... after a day of skiing. Needless to say it was a big inconvenience. Their explanation was unclear and didn’t give a good reason as to what was going on. We almost left in the middle of our stay. When we asked to be compensated for this experience....nothing.

We were very sorry for this experience. There was an issue where the water pump was freezing up unexpectedly which has since been fixed. The owner felt very bad for this problem and offered for the guests to return at no charge when their schedule permitted.

Property misrepresented as ski in- ski out. Additionally, it was much smaller than the pictures appeared. We specifically asked about TVs in the bedrooms and they assured us they were there but in fact some were not.

The description says this is walking distance to chairs 2,3 or 1,8. The square footage is stated on the property description as well. The listing does not state anything about TV in the bedrooms. This is a good idea which will be pasted along to the owner.
