I’m disappointed with this purchase and my overall experience with this seller. The bag I received did not match the description provided at the time of sale, and the quality was not what was represented. I reached out to the seller to try to resolve the issue directly, but the response and resolution were unsatisfactory. As a buyer, I expect accurate product descriptions and reasonable customer service when concerns are raised. Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to proceed with caution when purchasing from this seller.

Awful experience! Read feedback before making a purchase here!
Got a mug that is far from what has been advertised. Don’t look at their images. I was shocked when I received my order and they replied that the images on the website are not a real product, but illustration to enhance visuals. So nothing to do with what you get! This is an absolute scam! Read feedback on internet about this store before buying anything.

Scammers
Never received my order and they refuse to issue a refund. They keep saying its in transit and I've been waiting for a month now. This was going to be a special present for my wife so I ordered it about 2 weeks before Christmas and I still have not received it as of 01/09/26 and they just keep telling me to wait another week. I have to file a dispute with my credit card company now to get my refund since they keep refusing to. I guess since they are in china they can tell their American customers we dont care since we already got your money sucker!
