These people are pile of F#$%!!! I ordered 3 weeks before VALENTINES DAY and it's the 27 of February and these DICK BAGS haven't even sent it to me

Worst experience I've ever had I ordered believing that I would get my items for Valentine's Day never happened I got half of my order the other half is apparently shipped from another warehouse halfway across the world a month ago today today is February 24th apparently the shipment went out and I still don't have it that asked for a refund all they offer me was $4 for a refund for shipping costs so now I've been asking for full refund of the item I did not receive and all conversations have stopped I just filed the complaint with the better business bureau please stay away from these guys they're a joke

Very very poor!! Ordered my wife gifts 12/23/2020 and have not received them yet They keep telling me through e- mail if. I could bare with them that because of the pandemic things are backed up They don't respond to my e-mail half the time.

TERRIBLE!! Wish the reviews were written before I ordered for Christmas. FALSE ADVERTISING, product not as represented - CHEAP, from Vietnam not US, they want you to return item to VIETNAM - which of course costs almost as much as the product itself! Do not buy from this small time company. Shipping will take weeks as your purchase will be poor quality junk from China at exceptional prices Despite paying fifty dollars which included 8 bucks for shipping a men's wallet, they got the engraving entirely wrong, the wallet was an unsatisfactory color, and they were less than helpful. I had to eat the cost, but again, do yourself a big favor. Buy from a reputable company, and leave the overpriced cheap merchandise in China.

By far the worst company I have ever Ordered from.I order a lot to.Order went in nov2 received after several emails Dec 24.Was sopposed to be a wall Plaque . I got a huge sticker cut down the middle.42$ later they don’t want to refund me.They say if ur not satisfied you will receive a full refund ,Lie.They did offer 50% of next order. I would never order a damn thing from this rip off company.Be smarter than I was.product was trash

This is a scam. Overpriced 30x dollar store knick knack. Would not accept return or refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered on 12/8/2020 tried to contact company only to get someone on phone that can barely speak English. Have them order confirmation number only to be told this is not correct number. It is now 1/12/2021 still have NOT received my product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, not customer friendly, service not a priority. This was a $50 purchase for Christmas present. Thank you family gift nation for ruining Christmas!
