Order Missing
Ordered from them weeks ago and haven’t received the product, with no response after asking them for tracking information or refund. Update: December 11th. To their credit, they have now supplied a tracking number after much effort and delays. I will update this review once the ordered product has been confirmed received and in good working condition. I’m still dubious, since I have heard some companies will send a fake low value different product or extremely shoddy version of what has been advertised, in order to produce a tracking number

We are very sorry about this situation. The customer support agent we originally hired unexpectedly disappeared without any notice, and their company has also been unable to reach them.
