A company that steals and doesn't complete its orders and then says the system says the order is complete. Very rude support. Be very careful. They take your money and then when you say my order is not complete, they say it is complete and there is no warranty and they close the chat on you. They are very dirty and trashy. This company operates under 2 names Famety.Net and Fametyou I purchased YouTube comments and upvotes from Famety.net to support a major music video launch. Within 24 hours of purchase, the paid engagement completely vanished, leaving the video looking highly unprofessional. When I brought this technical failure to customer support, I received a dismissive reply stating they offer "no warranty" on comment services. It was only after I formally cited my statutory consumer rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU regulations that they backed down and processed a full refund. Shockingly, instead of apologizing for the service failure, Famety.net engaged in retaliatory behavior by permanently banning my account simply for asserting my legal consumer rights. Initially when I complained that my comments vanished here's what the exact reply was "Hi. we do not offer warranty for Youtube comment service. Your order refilled for once and it can not be refilled again. Your warranty number is 355 likes you have 357 likes at the moment.
