I ordered the leather jacket almost 3 weeks ago with a promise for 5 day delivery time. I received emails saying my order was delayed by USPS, then heard from the vendor that the jacket had not yet even shipped. I still have no jacket and they have payment. Customer Service does not respond and no response to my emails either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Customer Service is aweful. I have contact through my order confirmation 3 x's as well as the "contact us" option 2x's since July 17th and have yet to get a response. I bought the floral motorcycle jacket. Based on their size chart, I ordered a 2X. However it is actually too big . Also the jacket's lining is not stitched properly. I wanted to exchange it but at this point I want a complete and "full" refund. So bottom line, the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Thank you

I've sent 7 emails trying to return my item on order #2974. Still 10 days later no shipping label or response to my request. Customer service you must send email which never get a reply. This has been a nightmare experience dealing with this Company.
