They saved me $300. A book a flight from Santo Domingo to Medellin. When I got to the airport, Avianca told me my flight was going to San Jose, Costa Rica, and that I needed a returned flight. I called my booking site’s customer support, but they never answered. I didn't have the money to purchase another flight from Costa Rica to Medellin. Luckily, I found this website and I was able to purchase a fake return flight.
