Faithful Platform has amazing customer service that really listened to my needs. They were transparent with costs and didn’t try to “sell” me their product—they actually searched to give me what I was looking for. They gave me multiple options within my budget, and delivered exactly what I asked for. Anytime I have a question, they were extremely quick to respond and find answers.

Buying my fiancés ring here was an excellent experience. I knew my friend Eleanor had started studying the diamond business, so I asked her for her trusted advice on where I could get the best ring for the best price on the market. Ring shopping is hard with all the specs and such and I didnt want to get ripped off. My experience with Faithful Platform was incredible, I sent over a couple of pictures of rings that my fiancé liked, and within two days the perfect diamond/ring was on the way to my fiancés finger, The ring came in very quickly and I was able to propose on the day that I intended to, which was a remarkably quick turn around. All in all 10/10 experience. Thank you faithful platform! I have already referred a couple of my friends and plan on referring many more!

Alex and Zach were wonderful to work with. They helped me pick out what I wanted and worked with my budget to make sure I was happy with the end product and price. I never felt pressure from either of them and the process was very straight forward and easy. This was my first time purchasing from Faithful Platform and I will be a repeat customer. It’s hard to find jewelers you trust who aren’t pressuring you to buy! Absolutely love the ring I bought.

It was very, very easy to explain what I wanted and talk through all the details with a representative via email—the representative was very precise and punctual! As for the ring itself, it is perfect—the cut of the diamond does truly describe itself: radiant. The detail work is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for!
