I do not like any company that takes Weeks to return an item and they charge you restocking and re-shipping fees if you do not like the product.
I do not like any company that makes you jump through 30 hoops to return an item you cannot return it on their website. You cannot get a return label without them sending it to you and after six emails and waiting for multiple days I still have not received a return label. I’ve only received an email telling me that they’re gonna charge me 10% restock fee along with a re-shipping fee and I will have to wait weeks to get that. I did not see this policy anywhere on their website. I would be aware and watch ordering stuff from this place.
