Placed three separate orders within the past week for Lucas Oil products. The prices seemed too goo to be true. Should have been my first clue something was wrong. I attempted to contact the company via their phone number and got a message that they can only be contacted via chat or email. I emailed them several times concerning consolidating shipping and got not response other than an email with a case number stating that they would contact me. They never did contact me to answer my request. I email them again and provided my phone number requesting a call back from them. I never got a call. I them emailed them requesting when I might receive my orders and never received and answer. I then emailed them requesting a refund, and once again received no reply. Finally I contacted my card provider to file a claim. After reading all of the other complaints on the BBB site and other sites. I am convinced that this is a fraudulent company. Buyer beware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - i ordered first time -took over 6 months to get the product. i told them i didnt want it anymore since it was so long - its been a year now and still have not received the refund. i thought maybe first order was a fluke - placed a second order for other items, same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ---- oh and it gets better - no phone support

Order never arrived, but they charged my credit card Has been in "Waiting Fulfillment" status for over a month - but they still took the money on April 12 - with no delivery. Tried several times through their website to get refund - with no response. Live Chat never worked "No Agents available at this time" ever. Waited on customer service line for over an hour - with no person every answering. Sent complaint to BBB to see if they could help get me my refund. Left negative review on their website - to see if they would respond to that. Nothing so far. Please stay away from this company.

I ordered on November the 29th it is Dec 16th I still have not received my order. I have called on several occasions and been on hold for anywhere from 20 to 30 min before just giving up! However I did speak to a person the first time who told me that I would receive an email with the information of my refund I still have not gotten anything of the such.
