I would give them less than one star if possible. Ordered medical supply items more than a month ago. No item received, no update but they gladly took my money up front! Customer service doesn't respond. Deceptive! About to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Deceptive website description of delivery times caused great inconvenience. I placed an order on March 8 with a delivery date of March 13. I received no mention of any delay. When I checked the order status it displayed that it was not yet fulfilled. I contacted their customer service who stated it was not yet shipped and once it is shipped it will be 4-5 business days. This order was needed to complete an important repair and will result is a one week delay on my end. Their customer service could have simply overnight delivered the package but chose instead to save a few dollars and cause damage to their customer. This is not the kind of business I would ever deal with again.

Item hasn't been shipped and its been a month since the order was placed. Estimated delivery was weeks ago and we have received one email stating our package was "delayed". There has been no response to our request to cancel the order. There is no response from customer service in general. As far as I am concerned they have no product and this is entirely a scam.

As of writing this review it is DEC 2, I placed an order of 2 items worth about $56 in August. Received 1 item like 2 months into the order and never received the other item. No response whatsoever from the company. Just like other reviews have stated, this is for sure a fraudulent company. Stay away

Is there anyway I can give them no stars. Purchased an item from them surprisingly after hearing most of the reviews they sent me the item but it was the wrong part. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them and still get the runaround. I wish I read these reviews sooner. I will be going further with this.

First they failed to ship tools (hand files) a timely manner. Then Failed to cancel the order, As They Promised. Job was finished before they arrived. Then they Failed to send a refund as promised. Failed to respond to my email. Due to this long list of FAILURES, I will forever fail to purchase from them again.

I ordered the wrong parts and asked about returning them because they dont fit my application. I was told in email to get a RMA and a credit would be issued. That was 5 months ago. I shipped the part back, and I have been emailing and chasing my $40. If they respond to emails, it takes over 8 days. I recommend not doing business with them. I wish I had looked up more reviews before I purchased.

It's a total scam. They don't ship the products and then stop answering the phone and emails.
