Don't spend a single dollar with these drop ship crooks. You will receive "ship dates" once a month and receive one piece of your order but never the majority. After 3 months of no response to these customer service emails they will refuse to refund you, take returns or do anything about it. All automated responses. Complete internet scam company. Took me for $800 and sent one automated response in return.

This company deserves not one star. I placed an order for a coupling element on August 27th, my card was charged and I haven't been able to check the status of my order or get intouch with customer service. Still haven't received my order.

I ordered an oil seal to repair a tractor weeks ago. My credit card was charged. Nothing. Crickets. Not even an excuse. Clearly a business operated by crack-heads.

They promised to ship a part at a certain time and did not ship it, as a result the item was lost in shipping. I contacted customer service, and they will not do anything about it. Will never order from them again.

On 5/21/24 I placed an order with Factorysupplyoutlet.com. They shipped a partial order but they have not shipped the rest of the order. They repeatedly promised to ship the rest of the order but as of 7/18/24 no luck. On 7/8/24 I placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they have not responded to the complaint.

Order medical supplies - it's been TWO MONTHS with false promise delivery dates. I'm so tired of being jerked around. Requested money back - have received no reply. Guess it's time to alert the credit card...............

This is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. We ordered a 5-gal. hydraulic oil in early December. A few days later, the boss decided to cancel. We did, but weeks later, on Feb.5, we get a message: "Your order has shipped". The item arrived and I requested a return order, which I got after FOUR attempts. Sent the item back. No refund, so we did a credit chargeback thru VISA. Now we're getting hostile letters as if we still had the item. I responded, and got the same letter back. I believe this company is a fraud Just read the OTHER reviews.
