Multiple orders were paid for and additional money was spent to ship quickly. Not once did they meet the deadline. Now, for thr 3rd order, they didn't even ship it yet and its already late to arrive. Their customer service is awful. Absolutely no help in spite of spending time with them to resolve a search parameter order issue. Worthless effort. Have written at least 6 emails since the first attempt to chat with them online. Well, the emails were worthless too! Gonna have to contact the credit card company to resolve. SAD. Notified them I would contact the credit card company 3 times now too. Still nothing from them!

I went to reorder the same case of gloves that I had ordered two times in the past and not only did you charge me 400x the amount, you also sent me less quality of gloves. I normally pay around $350 for 20 boxes of gloves/2 cases, this time you sent me 2 boxes of gloves (not 2 cases!) for the same price. I have been calling for days now, have left multiple voicemails and no one has responded to me nor returned my call.

I ordered a $512 Lucas Oil Bag In A Box Stand. It took two months, and I was never updated or told when it shipped. Arrived via UPS with the box in tatters. Lots of holes and taped areas. The Stand was damaged in several areas. Contacted Factory Supply Outlet Customer Service and was told "not our problem contact UPS". Awful experience with this company.

Didn’t get my full order and I paid for 3 items. I made a report and nobody has gotten back at me because I would like to get what I paid for. Was really dissatisfied especially not getting a respond

The site falsely advertises: "All orders above $99 ship free!" That is not true. You cannot trust a company that does not honor its word.

Do not order from this company. I made the mistake of ordering from this company before researching their reviews. I ordered a product that showed in stock. Later that afternoon after ordering I received an email from them stating there was a shipping delay because product was out of stock. Estimated shipping was about a month out. I needed the product so I reordered elsewhere. I tried to contact FSO to cancel my order. They do not answer the phone you just sit on hold forever. I tried contacting them through a live chat through their website, someone actually responded and said they would cancel my order and refund my card, but it never happened. I emailed them probably 2 dozen times requesting my order be cancelled and refunded, I got a response once out of all those times that said they would cancel and refund, it never happened. The product that I ordered finally showed up 2 months after I placed the order, which now I do not need because I had to order elsewhere that actually had it in stock vs. saying they have something in stock and not actually having it. Do not order from Factory Supply Outlet, bunch of crooks, communication sucks, they do not do what they say they will do. You might actually get your order, but it will take forever. I will never order with this shady company ever again.

If I could give no starts I would. I ordered with a part number from the manufacturer and it is the same part on every website yet I received the incorrect item and when I asked for what was pictured I was told that I would have to use a motor number. This part was not for a motor hence why I ordered by the part number. It took me disputing the charge to get a response from someone with an RMA and I still had to pay for return shipping to send back an incorrect part. Plus I am receiving emails stating they are going to charge my card again for a part they have back! You cannot reach anyone by phone, only email and you are lucky if you get that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. The small amount of money you save will not be worth the headaches. I ordered a product over a month ago. It's been delayed three times. Their customer support has been unhelpful. Thankfully I ordered with a credit card. We'll be issuing a fraud alert.
