I have been getting order expected to ship soon update emails on my open order which is great and appreciated, but this has been going on since 2022. I email for information and get BS garbage answers. The order never ships, but without fail, I get my monthly order update. It's comical at this point.

SCAM! All the positive reviews are fake! They didn’t have the item in stock. They charged my credit card anyway and kept sending fake delivery emails. I sent 4 emails to cancel the order with no reply. I disputed the transaction with my bank. The bank refunded my money. They then sent the items. I shipped the items back. They then sent emails threatening me with collections for the charge back on my credit card. This is a scam company. Steer clear!

Item sold is not in stock. I requested a refund several times as there is no estimate on when the irem will be in stock. I have not received a refund over a month after my request. I keep getting emails with new delivery estimates that have already passed.

Ordered something from these guys said it was in stock is not in stock 8 weeks later no refund and no returned emails stay far away from this place

This company is literally a scam. They take orders and refuse to answer the phone, respond to an email, or send the product you pay for. It has been months and I now have a case open with my bank to try to get the money they stole from me back.

Apparently, they don’t understand that backorder isn’t the same as being in stock. I placed an order on July 15th, 2025 and it’s August 6th, 2025 and I still don’t have my items. They ignored my email requesting cancellation a week prior, and now claim to relay a tracking number after I filed a dispute (of course, UPS hasn’t received the package yet and its been 2 days, why I am not surprised). Also a heads up, there’s no phone number listed in any of their emails or on their website, so you can probably expect some shady business going on here.
