I had never heard of FactorySupplyOutlet when it showed up on a google search for a product I needed. I was hesitant dealing with a west coast seller but took a chance anyway. My purchase was processed quickly and I received my order in NC in 3 days. That was a great job and the price was great with free shipping. I’d definitely do that again!

Everything was easy, From finding the product we needed to navigating the website. Product shipped that day and arrived quickly. Great Selection, Pricing, and Service. A couple of items would make it even better: Use an actual picture of the item not similar. Get the website to list the Tracking number boldly and better website mapping on cell phones
