Factory LED DirectReviews of factoryleddirect.com

order came in quickly but had some scratches from transport and FLD sent out touchup paint quickly

I placed an order for 5 sets of lights, they sent a message saying they only had two sets in stock, I asked if they could please send them right away and send the rest whenever possible! They did as I needed two sets to finish a project that I was working on! Great lights! Thank you!

I had a friend with some existing RGB/LED tape lighting and Mike helped figure out drivers and controls!

Mike went above and beyond by coming to the job site and going over all of the lights and how they are to be installed and set up! Cant wait to see the final project!

The team understood my needs and fulfilled them all! Received my product in a timely manner and free from defects. Packaging was more than adequate which helped cushion the contents. Thanks to the Team at Factory LED Direct!!

The president himself is involved.A faulty power supply cord was sent ASAP,as soon as I notified them.

They worked with me on getting a custom quote and a certain amount of bulbs. They were shipped very well, even the UPS delivery man commented on how well packaged they were. A+++ all around service.

I always have an easy ordering process and arrival is always timely. Communication with the vendor is great, they’re very responsive.
